The Open eBook Forum funds scientific surveys on various topics in the
electronic publishing industry. The surveys, as all activity of the OeBF, is
funded by membership dues. As a result, survey results are often reserved for
members of the OeBF only. Occasionally, however, our surveys are released to the
media and public.In 2003, the OeBF plans to conduct surveys in regard to
library usage of eBooks and plans to collect formal industry statistics for
public distribution.
